Das Welton Woods ist eine weitläufige Lodge, die luxuriöse Annehmlichkeiten in die Natur bringt.

Es ist der perfekte Ort für Familientreffen, Ferien, Arbeitstraining und Seminare. Die Lodge liegt auf einem rustikalen Berghang oberhalb der Stadt Fairview in Utah.

Dieser Ort ist wirklich so ein Fund. Welton Woods hat eine Wohnfläche von mehr als 1.000 Quadratmetern und wir freuen uns sehr, diese zu teilen. Das Anwesen bietet die einmalige Gelegenheit, eine bedeutende Anzahl von Personen unter einem Dach in derselben Region unterzubringen. Es ist nah genug an der Stadt, um Dinge zu bekommen, die Sie brauchen, aber isoliert genug, um die Leichtigkeit der Abgeschiedenheit zu bieten.

Die Schlafgelegenheiten sind einfach zu gestalten, da in der Lodge 50 Personen in Betten schlafen können. Acht Zimmer verfügen über Kingsize-Betten und zwei Etagenbetten für jeweils 15 Personen (insgesamt 30 Einzelbetten).

- Ein Theaterraum, der sich aufgrund seiner hohen Sofalage und der hochwertigen Elektronik als perfekte Präsentationsfläche eignet

-Ein Spielzimmer mit einem fantastischen importierten Billardtisch und Tischtennis. Das Spielzimmer befindet sich in der unteren Etage und ist von den Schlafzimmern getrennt. Auf diese Weise ist die Unterhaltung einfach, ohne den Wohnraum zu beeinträchtigen.

-Ein Whirlpool und eine Sauna, wer mag das nicht? Egal, ob Sie in den kälteren Monaten geröstet oder in den wärmeren Monaten entspannt sind, es ist schön, einen Ort zu haben, an den Sie sich zurückziehen können.

- Eine riesige umlaufende Veranda mit Blick auf die Bäume und die Landschaft. Es ist bedeckt. Es bietet Platz für mehr als 20 Personen. Die Veranda ist ein idealer Ort, um gemeinsam zu speisen oder sich zu vergnügen.

Wir haben Fotos von der Lodge, aber ehrlich gesagt, werden sie dem Platz bei weitem nicht gerecht. Es hat diese erstaunliche Qualität, die es trotz seiner enormen Größe gemütlich macht.

We had an unexpectedly great time, it’s always great to reconnect with family… that said, this venue was a game changer. We all had plenty of space while being able to be together often. Everyone, all 24 of us. Had an unforgettable time and we are already planning next year.

We enjoyed a retreat to the mountains for fall break. Our group included my wife, our kids, some close friends, and some of our family members of all ages We had a fantastic time cooking in the spacious kitchen including making chocolate from cocoa beans, cupcake decorating, a chocolate tasting, and amazing breakfasts and dinners. The day was filled with hikes and game time with a few friendly competitions and the kids put on their traditional theater style play. Evenings were filled with spa time in the hot tub and sauna, enjoying our favorite collage football team’s game, the NFL Red Zone and a few movie nights in the theater It snowed and our teens bounced back and forth between the hot tub and building a snowman which was an experience they won't forget We can’t wait to visit again as this has become a favorite for all

We loved Welton Woods for our work retreat! It was the perfect fall getaway with all the fun fall colors surrounding the cabin. We loved using the fire pits, watching movies all together in the theater room and cooking in the amazing kitchen. Can't wait to come back again for another work retreat.

We really could not have had a better experience at Herriman Cross Country Camp at Welton Woods. Every year, we reserve a large property to hold our camp, and the kids (and adults) all agreed that this was the best year yet because of Welton Woods! The property had everything we needed and more! It was almost as if it was designed with our camp in mind. The girls' and the boys' rooms were perfect so the kids could all stay together comfortably and have time to bond. The chaperones loved that the boys and girls were separated by two floors. All the chaperones stayed on the main floor. The theater room made clinics and presentations not only easy for the coach, but comfortable for kids because everyone had a place to sit. We also loved the fire pit, the sauna, game room, and hot tub. The property was squeaky clean and had everything we needed to cook meals for 45 people with runner appetites. We also loved that the deck had enough seating so that the kids could eat outside and enjoy the beautiful views at every meal. There were so many things for the kids to do during their free time. We cannot say enough good things about this property and about Emma--she was so responsive to all our questions. The property was also very close to some of the most beautiful runs the team has ever done, so they also loved their time away from the cabin while they ran. Thank you for a great week!

We had a family reunion here. The house is beautiful, very clean, everything in good condition. Easy communication with property manager. Of note the last part of the drive is a bit steep, AWD is best for this if possible.

Our family of 40 had a wonderful stay at Welton Woods. The location was beautiful. We really enjoyed the view from the deck. The kitchen was great for our big group, and it was very well stocked with everything we needed. The ice maker was a real bonus that we loved. The beds were all comfortable and made up with nice linens. We also had fun with the pool and ping pong tables and the theatre room. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Emma was so great to work with and she was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We stayed at Welton Woods 12 years ago with our family and loved it then. We have grown to a family of nearly 50! We wanted a special venue to connect with our children and grandchildren and immediately thought of this great property. It didn’t disappoint! Every step was easy from booking to check in and check out! Emma was so attentive and quickly answered all our questions. The nice welcome goodies were a nice touch. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The two bunk rooms gave all the grandkids a bed. There were lots of games and toys. The pool table and ping pong were the favorites. We loved the movie room too. The views off the deck were amazing. So many great memories with the family. We highly recommend this great property. The kitchen was fully equipped and all the nice amenities were great. Hope to return soon !

We hosted 24 men in this fantastic home. There was space for all of us very comfortably. The home was perfect, clean, and set up for us to enjoy. Emma, the host, was the best, supporting us and getting us everything we needed. We love, love, love this house and would love to use it again. My team had crushed it over the past few months, and I had been searching for a way to say," thank you." I thought off a few different ways to show that appreciation, but nothing felt right. A friend of mine told me about Welton Woods and a retreat they had done, so I decided to check the place out and I'm so glad I did. Brought down a group of 12 leaders from my company for an off-site retreat and it was amazing! We had plenty of space and loved being able to use the kitchen for cooking together and being able to all eat at one table. Our family shared an unforgettable Christmas experience at the Welton Woods Lodge. The property and location were perfect for our Christmas gathering. The lodge comfortably fit us all and had all the accommodations and fun we could dream of -- from Nativity reenactments by a cozy fireplace to putting together puzzles in the game room and watching Christmas movies in the theatre room. The appliances worked perfectly, the rooms were decorated with fun themes, and the surrounding woods and snow made for some fun family activities. We hope to make Welton Woods a part of our family traditions.

Took a group of 25+ people up for the weekend and was a perfect setting for outdoors (fire pits) plus lots of indoor activities when it was cold. All the amenities you need to cook for large groups plus plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Didn’t feel like we were crowded at all. The theatre room was great for presentations and guest speakers.

A wonderful home big enough to accommodate our 6 married children and our 24 grandchildren with room to spare. It rained several days that we were there so it was nice that there was so much to do inside. Plenty of seating for meals. The large deck provided beautiful views of the valley and a pleasant place to eat. Plenty of parking and a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. Loved our stay.

This property filled all our needs for our family reunion for 45 people, from toddlers to senior citizens. The kitchen was supplied better than any other vacation rental I have used. There were several places for groups big or small to gather for fun or conversation. The host was helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Communication with property manager was amazing. The views are amazing. The house is fully stocked with towels, linens, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc unlike places we've paid more for and had to go get more dish soap and TP because they only provide one days worth. House is incredibly clean and there is room for everyone with chairs and tables all over. The beds were really nice. I felt like they had thought of every comfort we could have wanted. Highly recommend this place! Road up is a bit tricky so follow their directions and plan on staying there for a bit--no need to leave anyways! Great rooms to gather in. Overall exceeded expectations and property management was really impressive.

This place had tons of room and kept everyone busy. I would rent this property again. The only thing I have a negative comment about is the water pressure in the upper level. It is a beautiful place, and we all had a great time. It was amazing to find a location that slept all 45 of us in comfortable beds.

Our extended family of 27 were so happy to be gathered under one roof for 5 days with space enough for any activity they could imagine, and a kitchen/ deck area to easily accommodate meals. The bunk rooms allowed cousins to hang out together, and the movie room is huge and comfortable for all. We had ping pong tournaments and a dance party and enjoyed the use of the grand piano throughout the week. We will even have special memories of running for cover in the trees when a quick hail storm cut our fire pit evening short. Thank you for sharing this lovely accommodation. We loved our stay!

Welton Wood was an amazing location for our corporate retreat. Beautiful property with all amenities needed. We had a total of 9 people and more than enough room. Very clean and comfortable for cooking, sleeping and enjoying the mountain air and views from balcony. One hour from great hiking at Maple Canyon. One hour from great golf at Palisades Golf Course. Great communications with Emma. Absolutely amazing trip. We will be back next summer!

This is an absolutely beautiful property. We had plenty of room for people to sleep, with multiple gathering spots for all age groups to hang out or be actively involved in games, conversations, and activities. We received massive amounts of snow during our stay over New Year's and it added a magical touch to the scenery and the setting. Emma was fantastic to work with!
