* Age Policy: Primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. Identity verification required.
* Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs permitted with a $90 fee per dog (covers enhanced cleaning). Pets must remain off furniture and be picked up after.
* Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM out of respect for nature and peaceful neighbors.
* Safety & Wildlife: Located in active wildlife territory (bears, moose, deer). No outdoor food or trash left unmonitored. No open wood fires permitted (propane fire table provided).

★★ CARD AUTHORIZATION POLICY ★★
On check-in day, we will place a hold of $500 on the card on file to cover potential incidental expenses during your stay. This hold is not a charge and will be automatically released after checkout if no issues have been identified.
