This comfortable and thoughtfully appointed 4-bedroom home sits on three private acres in the heart of Fairplay and offers a warm, inviting, and secluded retreat surrounded by Colorado’s natural beauty. Wildlife sightings are common here, from a charm of hummingbirds in summer to the visiting moose in fall and winter.

Everything about our state was just perfect. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities that you could need and probably more. We really enjoyed the big beautiful kitchen and making our meals together and even got to use the hot tub every night. Brent was so accommodating and helpful and always there to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this as your next stay! We can't wait to come back!.

No contact check-in ,a well kept and supplied kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and a 2 car garage to store your car in. All of this and more is what you will receive if you are lucky enough to stay at coyote song. The decor and beds are the best. we all slept comfortably among the peace and quiet of the area. We had a mother and baby moose come and visit which just topped off a great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Coyote Song. The house is wonderfully decorated and equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. It is clean and well cared for. The view is beautiful and you feel like you are in the wilderness while still having all the amenities nearby. The listing is accurate and the hosts are proactive with providing the information you need to check in and out. We enjoyed everything about the place and would surely stay here again if in the area.

Great stay at a cozy cabin in fairplay

We had an amazing time staying at this cabin in Fairplay, Colorado! The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. There was a pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, and even a steam room. Plenty of fun amenities to keep everyone entertained. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and providing great recommendations. They went above and beyond by sending back a pair of AirPods my friend accidentally left behind, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and fun place to stay!

Family Trip

Great place, plenty of room for everyone, enjoyed some family time, hot tubing, game night, ping pong and pool, cooked some great meals, shopped Fairplay and ate at Casa Sanchez it was great, day trip to Breckenridge, evening drive towards Mt Sherman and saw a moose. It was a nice family get away.

The house was amazing! Plenty of space and activities to do. We drove up to the top of one of the nearby peaks. It was amazing especially since it was in the neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Ski Vacation!

We had a memorable time staying at the Coyote Song Cabin! Everything was perfect, clean, plenty of entertainment, comfortable beds and all the necessities were there. Just bring your clothes and food is all you need! Our host Brent was extremely helpful just a phone call away for any information we needed. The cabin is a Short drive to the slopes through Hoosier Pass which is a lovely scenic drive. We enjoyed watching the Moose and the fox in the mornings and evenings. Also the close trail heads for hikes were very nice. We will for sure be returning again to stay!

Gorgeous Home with Amazing Views

This home is the perfect place to stay. The posted pictures of the views truly don't do it justice. It is much more beautiful in person. The house comes with more amenities than it lists and there are so many cute and nice touches to the house that truly make it feel like home. It's not to far from Breckenridge and in nice/quiet area. Communication with the owners was easy with zero issues. We would definitely rent again as the house not only met our expectations but went above and beyond.

Our serene stay in the Rockies

This was a return to this VRBO - we stayed there last year at this time too. This time we had planned for our grown children and partners to come with us, but they had work obligations and couldn't come. So it was just me and my wife and we don't ski. So, we stayed in the house for the most part - we did go to Breckenridge to see the sculptures - which was good fun. But we truly enjoyed ourselves in such a beautiful setting. We hosted a couple dinners with relatives who live in Fairplay and it was a terrific peaceful time. It was lovely and they all thought the place was beautiful. They had seen it last year too and they couldn't wait to show it off to their significant others. The booking and other associated planning and entry steps were well described and easy. It was such a beautiful setting, with views and clear skies. We are already planning our return next year.

We had a week long stay panned in this house but unfortunately we weren’t even able to stay 1 night. The altitude is >10,000 and immediately my husband and 4 yr old daughter started getting sick. I’m an ER nurse and just happened to have my pulse ox with me on the trip by coincidence. My healthy 4 yr olds O2 levels were as low as 78% and her heart rate was in the 160s. The owner of the house was amazing with communication and recommended driving to the fire station that was 5 min away to have the emt/medics check her(closest hospital is 1.5hr away). Their pulse ox was reading the same as mine and they gave us 2 options- either get her lower down the mountain immediately or they were taking her to the hospital for oxygen. It was a very scary and stressful first day experience. I’m writing this review bc I think everyone who stays here needs to know the altitude here is no joke- I would have never thought to even look up the altitude level. I recommend staying somewhere lower for a few days to get acclimated first. Definitely do not fly in and come straight here. We have traveled to keystone, CO and Breckenridge and had cabins there that were Lower altitude and have never had a problem. The house is great, and I know my kids would have had fun if we were able to stay. The only other thing is there must be a dog that lives inside usually bc there was dog hair on the couches and floors that stuck to our suit cases and clothes. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for this.

Coyote Song

What a great property! Six grown-ass men stayed in the house for four nights, and we never felt like we were in each other's space. It's well-stocked and has everything needed for an extended stay- a huge kitchen, grill, fire pit, two living rooms, ping pong and pool tables, huge deck. The yard was legit and had epic views off the back deck, and even though we didn't see any wildlife, the stars and sunsets made up for it. The homeowner, Brent, was easy to deal with and quickly responded to our questions. I'd highly recommend the house for any large groups.

Felt like home

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view! We felt like we were home! We saw deer out back and took a drive near by and saw lots of Moose! We truly enjoyed our stay!
