„With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children. However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare! The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax ...

„Positive: staff at check in and check out were both very polite. Negative: Hallways smelled like weed and burning plastic. The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom ...

„Was soll ich sagen. Vor 30 Jahren war dieses Resort sicherlich ein Hit. Es sind mir ein paar Dinge negativ aufgefallen: die Rutsche im Außenpool war außer Betrieb, der Boden im hauseigenen Bistro hat so vibriert (die Damen vom Service sagten mir dass das Generatoren sind) dass ich erschrocken bin, Restaurant völlig überteuert (Preise wie in Disneyland), Minigolf kostet 9 Dollar pro Person und die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Positiv war für mich die Pool-Bar, kleine Küche im Zimmer, ...

„The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word ...
