„A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. „Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.“

Zusaätzlich stellen die freundlichen und hilfbereiten Vermieter Pantoffeln, Stadtpläne, Getränke und einige Snacks zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz und die Metro-Station, von der aus man direkt zur 'Mall', dem Zentrum von Washington kommt, ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten gut zu erreichen und verfügt über ein preisgünstiges Parkhaus. „This place was just what was expected and what was advertised. It was amazingly clean with everything as described. The location was close to main roads (NY Ave, West Virginia Ave, etc) but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was street parking (no permit needed; just have to watch for street sweeping twice a week) but we found a spot within 3-4 blocks...and mostly right in front of the unit. Beds and the unit were very comfortable and made for a good stay.“
