„Communication online was good.Air conditioning wasn't working in the first room had to change the room.Toilet was not clean ,sheets were dirty after many attempts one clean pillow and duvet was provided.Location was good but due to lack of staff hotel looks and feels neglected.Overall won't recommend or stay again had to move out for few days during my 7 day stay.Pretty disappointed but can't complain about the staff on the door and some room service staff were good. „It was just west of time. Until now with Hotels.com it’s was my fist bed experience. Dirty room not cooperative stop. Just like to west my money was un happy. No shampoo. No tissue paper. No soap. Request to all customers don’t west your money. “

„It was a last minute stay at the hotel. Property was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and cool as the weather outside was very hot. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very spacious as well. I highly recommend Best Western.“
