„This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed“

„My family and I stayed one night in this fabulous house. It was absolutely perfect. It was walking distance to the downtown, which was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I enjoyed coffee together in the morning while listening to the record played and reading those adorable husband & wife “little books”. What a perfect addition. We will definitely be back!“

„We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. “

„We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place.“

„Annual weekend for the seafood festival. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful unit with great style and amenities. We loved the front deck with table, seating and a grill. The rooms were well appointed with great mattresses and pillows. We loved it do much we wanted to move in! We will be back!!“

„Our group was two couples, one grandmother, one 17 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. That left 3 or us with a full size bed and/or a pull out couch in the living room with no privacy The property should list "sleeps 6 people" noting that two people sleep in living room. Otherwise we had a lovely vacation, steps to beach.“

"Wir haben leider ein Zimmer bekommen, das total nach Rauch gerochen hat. Nachdem wir das an der Rezeption bemängelt haben, wurde uns gesagt, dass kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar sei und uns ein Raumspray angeboten. Das hat den Rauch-Geruch natürlich nur für kurze Zeit überdeckt. Ansonsten war das Hotel und Zimmer in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls für ein Continental Frühstück sehr gut sortiert. "
