„Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit das Essen sehr lecker. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt “

„Insgesamt kalt und zugig. Im ersten Zimmer trappelnde Geräusche nachts. Recht staubig. Es gab einen Mini-Heizlüfter und Wärmflasche von der Rezeption. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück eher auf indische Gäste ausgelegt. “

„It is an excellent place to stay if you are not looking for a classical style "Hotel". It has a very warm and ready-to-please Staff - only 8 of them to manage all ten rooms. It is a heritage Property with all the quaintness and old-world charm in terms of the building and furnishings etc. It has a feeling of a large Homestay with very personalised Service. Recently renovated and therefore still needs some "De-bugging" I would recommend it if you are looking for a warm and stay“

„Wärmflaschenservice und Kaminservice sind sehr hervorzuheben Schöner Lobbybereich Sehr gutes Essen“

„It is a heritage hotel in keeping with bygone times. Super close to the mall. Lovely dining room for dinner with fireplace and candlelit. Food was terrific with alot of choices. Buffet bfast but you can request eggs how u like. Some renovation works currently but all staff and workmen encountered always super polite and helpful beyond . If I were to go back to darjeeling I would definitely stay here. ...the drive from bagdogra to darjeeling is an experience in itself.“

„Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room.“

„The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people.“

„Well maintained. Good customer service.“

„location“

„Clean room , staffs are good, by my side the hotel is best at budget friendly“

„Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. “

„Helping Staff, best view from room, of an valley.“

„The view from the rooms is exceptional. Being able to lay on bed and see the Himalayan Mountain range was the highlight. Staff were extremely helpful anf friendly. Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay and were fortinate to see the snow capped peaks most days.“

„Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.“

„Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again.“

„Location is so nice to view the entire train station.“

„Everything was amazing and awesome staff but room got extremely hot in evening, reaching unbearable temperatures.“
