„Beautiful views of Clam Beach and comfy beds! We stayed 3 nights and found the property well appointed. Beautiful hot tub and plenty of private outdoor space to enjoy; we particularly enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pit. This was our second stay there and we will definitely be back!“

„This cottage is a little piece of heaven! It’s so relaxing, anything you need is provided and Steven is such a sweet man! The views from the patio of the ocean and the top of the largest sea stack near lone ranch beach in the distance is amazing! We cooked steaks on the BBQ on the patio one evening and there are some great restaurants in town (Brookings) I would recommend this property we plan on coming back to stay here!“

„It was perfect for Brookings outings, the outside area makes it perfect for space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the hot tub was a perfect relaxation. The only suggestions I would say is bathroom has a smell of mildew and the fire pit doesn't seem to want to really work. But still can't wait to plan another trip here.“

„We had a fabulous time, the hot tub was the highlight and scenery around the property. Not very good cell service or wifi so come ready to spend time with loved ones and in nature. The property manager is great and quick to respond. Very spacious with lots of places for the family to sleep and have their own space to chill. Oh! And they have a ton of towels which is great for water play and hot tubbing. “
