We loved our stay. The amenities were excellent. Anything we needed was at our fingertips. The concierge was always helpful. Anything we needed or requested, the team accommodated. A nice bonus was the shuttle service from Black Rock to destinations in the area. This was a nice service when we wanted to avoid traffic and parking. They refreshed our towels daily and stocked us with necessary items like coffee. The downside, was they do not clean your room daily or on any schedule. They said they would clean the room upon request and a day’s notice was necessary.I didn’t love that. I think there should be some regular cleaning maintenance. We did love our stay and would absolutely return.

Clean. Felt very secure. Kitchen was great. A bit hard to locate initially. I would suggest better lighting and mirrors in the garage.
