The cottage is a single storey vacation rental. Here you will appreciate the large living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge benefiting from beautiful openings and access to the outside. The cottage also offers 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 140 bed and 1 bedroom with a 160 bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet with hand basin and a laundry room. Outside: a terrace, an unfenced garden (under development), a gravel driveway for parking cars. The owner lives on the 1st floor (independent access at the back) and has the adjoining garage to the gite. For the deposit, provide 2 checks: 1 for 440 € for the cottage and 1 for 60 € for a cleaning deposit. In southern Brittany, come and stay by the sea in the small seaside resort of Etel, a former fishing port located at the entrance to the "Ria". The cottage is ideally located 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and bars. A little over 1 km away, a beach will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea as well as a seawater basin for the little ones. To discover the Ria d'Etel and its panoramas, you can embark at the port aboard a cruise ship. Do not miss: the island of Saint Cado, in Belz, one of the jewels of the region to be explored on foot.
