„The property was very comfortable for my family and I and very pet friendly with a lot of space to roam around and enjoy the views. My children (pre teen and teen) enjoyed the breath of fresh air and were also craving picnics at the property. Very doable I may add. The property manager was very friendly and inviting as well. I would definitely recommend the location and would gladly repeat stay. “

„My son and I visit Sewanee University and stayed overnight. We loved the stay. The house was cozy and comfortable. It was freezing the night we stayed or we would've enjoyed the firepit...so quiet and peaceful there. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities needed. I honestly hope my son chooses Sewanee for college so that I can take 2 day mini vacation in this tiny home community when I come to visit him. “

It’s an old house and a very short walk to the Lynchburg Square and the Jack Daniel Distillery. Literally walk down the driveway and cross over the street and them walk across a small walking bridge over a creek and on the other side you are in the square by Barrel House BBQ.
