„Within walking distance of the beach and other places. Perfect size for what you need. Birds nest was a nice touch as well. Pool a good size to come back to from the beach.“

„We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.“

„Bottle caps and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the front door that is broken. Used charcoal dumped out next to the front door. The storm door is broken. Coffee maker doesn’t work. AC filter needs to be clean. The water filter needs to be changed. The oven dial is unreadable. Ants everywhere. I guess I should have known at that price. “

„Quaint and cozy place to relax. Everything was clean and other neighbor guests were a pleasure to be around.Watching manatee and dolphin cruise the river was a bonus. Location is super convenient.Rented a kayak from ebb for the week to explore the river and the estero bay. The kayaks fit inside a decent sized suv rental for day trips. Estero outfitters rent kayaks for a reasonable rate on the estero river.Ill be back.“
