With a large preserve area at the entrance, all 328 residences in this 30-acre community offer unobstructed views of the community lakes. Condos buildings are four-story with a common elevator and contain 40 units each with one assigned carport per unit. Osprey Cove amenities include a community center, fitness center, pool and spa. This condo is close to shopping, dining and the famous gulf beaches!

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Osprey Cove are: $100 Application Fee, $100 Trash Fee and $50 - p.p US background check/ $100 for Canadians
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
