"Smartes Hotel mit Zahlenkombination zum Zimmer- und Hoteleinlass (außerhalb der Rezeptionsbesetzung). Check-in nur zum vorhergesagter Uhrzeit möglich ( bei uns 14 Uhr, online check- in am Vortag vorgenommen). Erst um Punkt 14 Uhr ließ sich die zimmertür öffnen. Da wir früher da waren, konnten wir die Koffer in einem Schließfach bis 14 Uhr kostenfrei einschließen. Altstadt fußläufig nach ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sollte man frühestmöglich direkt im Hotel buchen ( 15 Euro/Tag), am besten per WhatsApp. Wir haben in einem nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkhaus geparkt ( CARLOS III), ebenfalls für 15 Euro. Zum Be- und entladen der Koffer kann man für 15 Minuten direkt vor dem Hotel parken."

"Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, die Zimmer waren sauber, Bad komfortabel. Das Zimmer war mir allerdings etwas zu dunkel und leider nur ein Queensize-Bed. Das Personal war recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr gut."

"It was our second journey to Pamplona and we chose Luze El Toro again, because we had such a lovely stay two years ago. The hotel is very conveniently located in the suburbs of Pamplona directly next to one of the main roads, which makes it very easy to get to. Parking spaces are directly infront of the hotel and ample, so that you will always be able to park, even if you arrive late. The hotel itself is a most beautiful old building, which exudes the charm of bygone times, while the rooms and public spaces are renovated and top notch when it comes to design and equipment. On top of that, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a must for us, since we travel with our little family dog. We knew that the hotel, due to its age, does not have an elevator, and therefore asked for rooms, that do not require to walk too many stairs (our dog cannot walk stairs anymore and has to be carried). Wonderful Nerea from the reception team went forth and back to fulfill our wishes for both of our stays during these holidays. She gave us two most beautiful rooms and we could not have been happier (@Nerea: Thank you soooo much for everything!!!). We did not have breakfast, but chose the hotel's restaurant for dinner twice. We do highly recommend to do so. The service is very friendly and highly efficient and the kitchen simply is brilliant. Chose whatever pleases you from the menu, you will always be highly delighted. We can only recommend Luze El Toro and will defintely come back in the future."
