The home is located in a suburban area that welcomes families.The following amenities are provided in the accommodation: an elevator, a walled garden, a 20 m2 terrace, internet (Wi-Fi), a hair dryer, a balcony, a gym / fitness centre, central heating, air conditioning, a shared pool with children, a garage in the same building and 1 Tv.The electric independent kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, and freezer in addition to a washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, and culinary utensils. A mandatory online check-in is required under Spanish law. The minimum age to book is 25, and parties are strictly prohibited. Only families and couples. Open All year round, 9:00 – 23:00 (keeping noise levels down during early/late hours). Swimming is permitted 24/7 as long as no one is disturbed.



Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00

Please note, keys need to be collected from our office - Avenida Puerto del Mar 60, 29680, Estepona and returned on check-out.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
