To maintain a peaceful and respectful living environment, all residents and guests are expected to follow these rules. Please read carefully—violations may result in penalties or fines.



-Lifts: Do not use the lift in case of fire or emergency. Keep it clean and give priority to elderly guests, people with disabilities, and parents with prams.



-Smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, vapes, cigars, joints, etc.) is strictly prohibited in all common areas. It is only allowed inside your private apartment.



-Pets:

No pets allowed



-Noise:

Keep music and noise at a respectful level.

No loud music from balconies or terraces.

Children must not play in hallways or shared areas.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



-Shared Areas:

Keep hallways, lifts, and common areas clean and clear.

Do not leave rubbish or personal belongings behind.

Only waste from normal use may be placed in shared bins.



-Barbecues:

Only electric or gas BBQs are permitted—no charcoal due to fire risk.

Use only on private terraces or gardens, not in communal areas.

Always turn off and clean the BBQ after use.



-Waste & Recycling:

Follow proper waste sorting. Use the containers provided across the street.



-Balconies & Terraces:

Secure any plants or pots to avoid leaks or accidents.

Hanging clothes, towels, or bedding over the railings is not allowed.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
