„Do not stay here! Property is in shambles. Bar not open. Safe didnt work. Gave us another room, safe didnt work. Lobby furniture is dirty and carpets are worn and stained. Villa area is a home for ferrel cats. Pool area dirty. Looks like no repairs or upkeep since hurricane. Didn't feel safe walking the property. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site. “

„I planned this trip to St.Thomas with my family for my mother’s funeral l. Although a very beautiful home, The house was not cleaned prior to check in. The linen on the bed was dirty and the pillowcases and it still had someone’s hair on it. The pots and pans were rusted, the light switches and high touch areas were covered in dirt and fingerprints. I took the liberty to clean it myself for the time being . Then the bed broke down. I was not pleased and spent way too much money to be in a house ...

„The view was great. Parking was great as well. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They need an update on painting, a lot of chipped paint through out. You want to be careful where you are walking or will be bringing chicken poop up to the room with you. The restaurant was nice, great views and we had Paul most days and he was a hoot. The smell of pot was everywhere we went around the property couldn't really get away from it. Our room was right above where they rent the jet ski and was worse ...
