„This is the most adorable little beach house!!!! It’s amazingly clean and very nicely decorated. We didn’t use the outdoor shower, but we did check it out. Next time for sure! Bed was comfortable and linens were good quality. Plenty of hot water. Apartment size kitchen but we didn’t do any cooking. Functional, just small. You could walk to the beach a few blocks. Nice second floor deck with a table and chairs (hi-top). Can see both sunrise and sunset as the house is situated to view both!  ...

„Amazing location. Right on the harbor with great views of boats and the lighthouse. The beds were comfortable. The living room could benefit from better lighting. The back porch would have been the place to spend most of your time but there was not comfortable seating out there. Not much is walkable from the house, trips into downtown Marblehead require a short drive.“

We had a great family vacation second year in a row at one of Rachel’s great properties in Rockport.The house was perfectly clean, cool, and well equipped for cooking and grilling and enjoying the beautiful outdoor area. The walk to the beach was short, but it was hilly and was not doable with young children and a cooler and all the other things you would need to bring to the beach. The beds were very comfortable.
