Baixio is a tourist destination on the northern coast of Bahia about 120 km from Salvador and 190 km from Aracaju, Sergipe.

Each of our houses has a view of Ponta de Inhambupe- where the river meets the sea, providing a stunning view in one of the most reserved areas of residential condominium. There are two floors with a total of four suites, a private pool with barbecue and dining area, as well as a suite for a secretary.

The area is part of the municipality of Esplanada and has 16 km of beach, dunes, waterfalls and lagoons. Attractions that can be visited through tours with local partners in the region.

A perfect destination for those looking for a calm and peaceful place.

Our residences are part of the Ponta de Inhambupe Hotel Boutique & Spa complex by Slaviero Hotéis, and you can also enjoy your stay in the common areas of the condominium (swimming pool, games room, spa, restaurant and bar).

The hotel restaurant has an integrated bar and surprises with its contemporary cuisine with regional nuances.The daily rate includes some tours offered by our partner company Baixio Turismo.

They are:

• Lagoa Trail: the route is 1.7 km and takes around 30 minutes (one way). The trail ends at a natural lake with a large swimming area and is surrounded by white sand dunes

Level: Light to moderate difficulty level.

• Ecological Walk: takes around 30 minutes and you will learn more about the local ecosystem. The meeting of the Inhambupe River with the sea is wonderful and at the end of the tour you can enjoy relaxing in the waters.

• Bike Tour: Baixio can be enjoyed riding a bike alone, with friends or family. You have 60 minutes to explore the beautiful beaches and the charming village Riding a bike.

Other tour options are available and can be booked separately, such as: visits to the Panela and Verde lagoons, Morro da Vista viewpoint, off-road trails (4x4 vehicles) and water sports such as kayaking and stand-up paddle.

• Babysitter: R$150.00 per day

• Exclusive Cook: R$ 150.00 per day

• General services: R$ 250.00 per day (House cleaning)

• We are pet friendly and we accept only one pet per house and pets up to 10kg are allowed (R$ 105.00 per night).

Extra Services, such as: breakfast, and cleaning, can be hired according to the guest's needs directly at reception, combining convenience and comfort with the hospitality of the services.

The cleaning that was paid in your reservation refers to the cleaning that will be done on the day of your check out.

Our check-in and check-out times follow the hotel's rules, so it is not possible to change them.

If you need different times, you can leave your luggage at reception and check-in and check-out at the specified times:

• Check-in - From 2pm

• Check-out - Until 12pm.

It is necessary to check in at the hotel reception, with documents with photos and be over 18 years old. (We do not accept reservations for third parties).
