„Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer gebucht, da ich auf Kongressreise war. Das Zimmer war angekündigt klein, was mich nicht störte, aber es war nicht einmal ein Sessel oder etwas ähnliches wie ein Tisch vorhanden, auf den ich meinen Computer hätte stellen können.
