Escape to this bright and welcoming two-bedroom home, perfectly located in a quiet residential neighbourhood just a short stroll from Sandown Park Racecourse, Esher High Street, and excellent transport links. Whether you're visiting for a race meeting, a family holiday, a business trip, or simply exploring Surrey, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Ground Floor
As you enter the property, you'll find both bedrooms and the family bathroom, creating a peaceful sleeping area away from the main living space.
Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable double bed, quality linens, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and plenty of storage to help you settle in, whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer visit.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is slightly smaller but equally inviting, offering a comfortable bed, chest of drawers, and a calm atmosphere that's perfect for children, friends, or colleagues.
Family Bathroom
The modern family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower and mini complimentary toiletries to kick start your stay —ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

Filled with natural light from large windows, the spacious lounge offers comfortable sofas, a TV to stream Netflix (use own login), and plenty of room to relax together after a day exploring Esher. The windows are fitted with child safety locks.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including quality appliances, cookware, and all the essentials for preparing anything from light breakfasts to family meals. Under the counter fridge (mini). No dishwasher.
Second Bathroom
Also on the first floor is a modern shower room with a shower, making mornings easy for families and groups with the convenience of two bathrooms.
Family Friendly
The property is well suited to families, with child safety locks fitted to all upstairs windows and a practical layout that separates the sleeping areas from the main living space.
The house is attached to a larger home that has their garden. The driveway is shared, your car park space is to the left on the gravel area as you drive up the driveway. This is not for your use. Please note you may hear some noise if they are outside.

Easy access to the A3 and M25 also makes exploring Surrey, London, and the surrounding area simple by car.
