Located in the private Saint-Jean residence in central Erquy, this 30 m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests for an easy-to-organise seaside break. The central beach and shops are within a few minutes’ walk.

The living area benefits from two bay windows opening directly onto the terrace and small garden. The room includes a dining space for 3 people, a television and a large wardrobe for storing belongings during the stay.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for independent holidays: fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Tassimo coffee machine.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 sofa bed 140x190 in the living area

The ground-floor terrace is suitable for outdoor meals or a break after the beach. The small garden has direct access to the street through a gate.

A private outdoor parking space makes arrivals and daily travel easier during the stay.

Erquy is well known for its harbour, beaches and the pink sandstone landscapes of Cap d’Erquy. From the property, guests can easily alternate between beach days, coastal walks and outings in the town centre.
