The Cocoonr agency offers this renovated house for rent, just a stone's throw from Caroual beach in Erquy. With a surface area of 100 m2, it can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with wifi and fibre optics.

It comprises a large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto the garden, three bedrooms, bathroom (shower), garden and courtyard.
Cleaning is included in the rental price, and your beds will be made up for your arrival with 4-star hotel-quality sheets. Towels and tea towels will also be provided.

The house is composed as follows

Ground floor
- A living room with a large corner sofa, television and a small sea view.
- A living room with a dining table seating 6 people,
- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc....
- A large shower room with WC.

The first floor comprises :
- Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 double bed,
- A third bedroom with a mezzanine bed with a double bed below (140x190) and a single bed above (90x190),
- A shower room with WC.

The house also has an outbuilding equipped with a washing machine, where you can also store your bicycles.

Outside:
A fully enclosed garden with artificial turf allows you to enjoy meals with family or friends sheltered from the wind.

For added comfort, the owners have chosen to invest in the following equipment: barbecue, high chair and cot, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located, just 40 metres from the 2 km long sandy beach of Caroual.
A 10-minute walk will take you to Erquy town centre, where you'll find all the shops you need, as well as the port of Erquy and its many restaurants.

If you choose to come by car, there is a large free car park just 2 minutes' walk from the house.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
- Independent arrival: by collecting the keys directly from a key box on site.
