The garage is used as a utility room with washing machine. A vehicle can be parked in front of the garage door, making arrivals and departures easier.

Erquy is known for its harbour, beaches and pink sandstone landscapes. From the house, guests can easily reach the town centre, beaches and walks towards Cap d'Erquy.
