Jeff was an amazing host and always responded quickly, I normally book properties with a washer and dryer unit to ease with laundry, and I noticed this property didn't have a washer and dryer unit once I arrived. That was the only issue I had throughout the week and it was easily resolved with surrounding laundry matts as well as we had family in town! „Heather is a perfect host! Pics are exactly on point- in fact, we were pleasantly surprised with all of the added, fun details that are not in the pics. Anything you can think of needing is there. Very fun and thoughtful with all of the amenities. Perfect base camp for Red Rocks and the surrounding areas. There were 4 adults and we were super comfortable with the size of the indoor/outdoor space. Definitely a great place to stay! “
