Hotels Erb Park

„We got to the hotel and there is no parking. You have to park in a city ramp for a fee. We got to our room and the toilet was not cleaned. We went back to front desk and checked out. We had prepaid for two nights. Didn't stay any of them. Expedia contacted hotel and they refused to refund for room not used. Stay away from this hotel!“

„It just wasn't a good experience for me“

„Spent 4 days. Americinn-s are not taken care of. Cleanliness is an issue..in all the Americinns I've stayed at in the last 5-10years. AGAIN, no hot tub! The breakfast items were quite stale. Huge webs all over. Windows you couldn't see through. We had 5 rooms booked that weekend and all of us felt the same. ;( ;(“
