The cottage is ideally located in Eppe-Sauvage, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

- Center Aquatica: water in all its forms and for all tastes. Discover the calm of the swimming pool and the red ball of the large leisure pool that will delight wave lovers. Last but not least, the benefits of steam in the saunas and hammam provide relaxation for visitors to the relaxation area.
- Water sports: the lakeside Maison des Sports et de la Nature is equipped with catamarans, windsurfers, kayaks and stand-up paddles.
