Serene 1 floor rental in Ephrata

All guests are welcome here! This 1 floor duplex home has 2 bedrooms, Wifi and TVs, bathroom with full sized washer, dryer and tub/shower combo, full kitchen with electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric water heater, toaster, dishes for 4, pots and pans, plus more! Small portable 12` propane gas grill/tools in the small shed off the back porch. Close to Lititz, Lancaster, Reading, Spooky Nook Sports Complex, Dutch Wonderland & Outlets.

Located just outside of Ephrata, PA in the heart of Lancaster County. There is are several restaurants and grocery stores close by, and all of the shopping of Rt. 30 in Lancaster within a 20 minute drive. Stay in this home if you are looking for a quiet, country vacation, with everything on one floor.

You will have the entire home to use - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with washer and dryer, kitchen with fridge, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, table with 4 chairs, and living room. There is WIFI plus a small desk. The backyard is great, looking over fields. There is a small table and chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy the country views. This home is a duplex and is attached to another home.

We do live in the attached home (most of the time but also airbnb this side) and would be happy to answer your questions between 7 am - 8 pm local time.

This home is surrounded by farms and several Amish neighbors. It is very quiet and serene! The dog next door is friendly and will stay in her yard, but she does bark at strangers. Please do not try to pet her or the horse in the back. Stay on this side of the split rail fence in the back.

There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. Royer Rd is off of Rt 272, and is a short drive to Lititz, Lancaster, Adamstown, Akron, Reading, Hershey and Harrisburg.

The large trash can and recycling container are outside the back door on the back patio. We recycle glass, plastic and cardboard. Trash day is Tuesday so I will be emptying them on Monday evening.
There is a great back and front yard for activities and a small back patio with table and chairs. Please be considerate of neighbors and limit the noise after 10 pm.
Your pets are welcome, but please clean up after them. If your pet is left alone and barks continuously, you and your pet may be asked to leave. This house is attached to another house and the barking would disrupt the guests in the attached house.
