Birke Licht Chalet features four bedrooms, including a double bunk room designed for kids and teens, creating a fun and inviting space to enjoy. With three ensuite bathrooms, this pet-friendly property ensures that everyone in the family can join in on the vacation experience.

This is a pet friendly property with a max of two well behaved dogs, this does require a one-time fee of $250 for cleaning for next guest. Please select this add-on at check out. Ring door bell with security camera is on site.

**Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.**

Fireworks are prohibited. Do not discharge firearms on property and no hunting of any kind is
allowed
No open burning other than designated firepit areas, charcoal grills can be used in driveway
only. Use of indoor fireplace is prohibited
No RVs, campers, or camping trailers of any kind are allowed on the property
Please do not use our linens offsite (towels, sheets, throws, etc.), especially at the beach
Maximum of 2 pets per stay with additional pet fee. Pets must be leashed outdoors and are not
allowed on furniture
Minimum age of renter is 25 years of age
Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
