This delightful apartment features a cozy queen bed and a nice open concept living/kitchen with a futon, TV in both the living room and bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Northern Vermont. The bathroom offers a superb jetted bathtub and a bidet, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Guests will appreciate the comfort of heating and air conditioning throughout the space. Whether you’re unwinding in the living area or enjoying a soak in the tub, this apartment provides a welcoming atmosphere. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our humble abode. This property is part of a triplex that we purchased and are slowly renovating. This is the 1st unit to be renovated and we are continuing to chip away at the other apartments. We live here, so please understand there are owner areas, but we've opened most of the unit for our guests, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Amenities are walking distance -such as coffee and tea shops, salon, hardware stores, restaurants, grocery store, and health food stores - and Jay Peak and St. Albans City are only a short 20-ish minute drive. Health center right across the street, Convenience store right across the street open 24/7! Burlington is just under 1-hr. Lake Carmi State Park and Fairfield Pond are only 15 minutes for water sports, The rec trail is just beyond the real estate office next door, with a 25 mile biking/snowmobiling trail all the way to St. Albans and the Canadian border.

There is a book shelf with a plethora of genres; we only ask that you please handle books with care. Some of the books are collector's items. The living room has a designated work area by the window, so you can gaze at small town life while you work. Fast wifi!

The water takes a minute or two (or sometimes five in the winter months) to heat up. Sorry for the inconvenience! We are working diligently to speed this up, but this is an older building and this is the one major kink we haven't yet worked out.
