Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.“

„Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.“

„This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.“
