„Rock Chalk Villa is close to the university, restaurants, and a short drive from downtown Lawrence. The apartment was extremely clean and cozy, with new kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer combo, and large screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. „Very clean rooms. Very good communication with the host.“

„The space was clean and the Host was great. This was perfect for my Daughter and I on our visit to KU. It was a perfect location. The parking was great and it was within walking distance of Mass St. I will definitely stay here again!“

The location was absolutely perfect — we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go, which made the whole weekend so convenient. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and easy to stay in. It has a fun, all-pink theme that gives the place lots of personality and makes it feel unique and cheerful. The owner was also super easy to work with and made everything simple from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again. ...
