BR 1 king size sleep number/early American handmade aspen wood furniture. Helps with a cabin feel. BR 2 a twin size trundle bed. Good mattress. BR1&3 guests will pass through BR2 space to go to bathroom 1. Bathroom 1 has X-Large shower, body wash, shampoo& lotion Bedroom 4 has a large private shower w/body wash, shampoo& lotion and closet toilet. Solid door entry for privacy, large closet, personal controls for sleep number and split unit a/c. Early American handmade aspen wood furniture. Living room w/2 leather recliners/leather reclining couch, 60 inch TV w/DIRECT TV, wood burning stove. Kitchen, living room, dining room all open area. Filtered water furnished with PRIMO water dispenser with coffee pods furnished. Flour, sugar, tea bags, coffee beans w/grinder and pot furnished.

The entire house to include instapots/crock pots, Any appliance needed that you don’t see just ask because we have one. Compressor in garage with gauge & air chuck. 4 25ft or longer extension cords to plug boats in. 50 amp RV plug on outside next to overhead door on the concrete pad to plug in EV if necessary.
