A-208 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo. Living Area has a wall mounted 60" Flat Screen. Covered deck with table & chairs is just off the Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with a wall mounted 40" Flat Screen TV, a Full Bath and a covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds with a wall mounted Flat Screen TV. (bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath) Central Heat & Air. Roku online TV streaming device, Washer and Dryer. 3 Flat Screen TVs. PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Trailers are not allowed.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
