This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath family friendly home is located on a private cul-de-sac in the beautiful Ocean Crest neighborhood of Emerald Isle. Free from traffic and noise and just a short stroll to the beach, Fanta Sea is only two blocks from the shopping, restaurants and activities in the heart of Emerald Isle! Bring your favorite tropical drink and relax on the screened patio overlooking the lovely private 15' X 30' pool. Pool can be heated from March 15th to October 31st at no charge; pool heat pump does not work if temperature goes below 55 degrees. Even with the ocean just around the corner, you will love the ambiance of the lush maritime forest surrounding this beautifully landscaped yard. After you watch the sun set, take an evening dip and enjoy the color-changing lights of the pool. The living room and all four bedrooms also have Roku Smart TVs with the Spectrum Streaming App for local channels.

Ground Level: Outside: Covered Parking in the carport, Gas Grill, Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Shower with changing area. Pool area has Polywood chaises and chairs with custom Sunbrella cushions, umbrella table and side tables. Interior: 1/2 Bath, storage room with beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach tote and cooler.

Level One: Open and airy Great Room has a large Roku Smart TV and DVD player. CD Player. Well-appointed Kitchen and breakfast bar has 3 stools and a microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen includes extra-large pancake griddle, oversized slow cooker and blender, too! Dining Area seats 6. Washer/Dryer closet. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, Roku Smart TV and a Full Bath. Screened in back patio with 2 wicker chairs, a wicker rocker, a settee and table. Front deck has 2 rockers and a table.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a Roku Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a Twin Bed and a Double/Twin Bunk Bed (in the same room) with a Roku Smart TV. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, Roku Smart TV and access to the private deck. (Bedrooms #2, #3 and #4 share a hall bath). Ceiling Fans in all rooms! Gas Grill is provided for your convenience. High Speed Wireless Internet Provided! Port-a-crib/playpen and a highchair for the little ones!

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
