„The hotel is located in upper floors of a shopping mall. I stayed for 4 nights and took the executive room which still had a very acceptable price (approx. 80 USD). The room was big, nicely furnished and despite the central location quiet at night. Breakfasts are OK, a mid-size buffet with everything you need. The staff is friendly but the service-orientation could be better. All in all I enjoyed the stay and can imagine that I would stay there again.“

„I've been staying in this hotel (or better, apartment block) for years but it's sad to notice that the infrastructure as well service quality keeps deteriorating. The breakfast buffet became less and less over the years, down to an absolute minimum. Many things in the rooms are broken. The place used to be cleaner as well. I still appreciate though the quiet area during the night thanks to closeness to the presidential palace. There are also very few guests which makes the place a nice refuge ...

„While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money.“

„The rooms are of good quality, so is the bathroom. My balcony was to the quiet botanical garden which was very nice. Rooms on the other side of the building facing the road are loud. Breakfast buffet is good, the choice is just OK. Very helpful staff which prepared an extra early breakfast for me when I was leaving to a national park trip --> thank you! The only weakness I noticed was the weak Wifi in the room. Paying for an executive room I would expect a stable, strong signal“

„The villa is located in the bar and party area Kololo which makes it a noisy place at some nights. It has a very good Italian restaurant. It's a one-floor building so that people (workers, gardeners, cooks) were walking during the day in front of my window, looking inside. „Schönes Hotel, aber schlechter Kundenservice, den uns wurde beim Check-In zugesagt, am nächsten Tag gegen Aufpreis einen späten Check-Out vorzunehmen, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging. Am nächsten Morgen hieß es dann jedoch, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und wir müssten das Zimmer regulär verlassen.
