„Firstly, they didn't give us the room we booked on our first night and secondly, the bedsheet was not a cleaned one. After we complained, they changed the bedsheets immediately but changed the room the next morning. Breakfast was only served once out of the six days we stayed in this property. There's no microwave in the room. Wi-Fi was very sluggish. “

„ I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.“

„Das Hotel war einmal eine gute Adresse, leider wurde dir letzten Jahre nichts mehr investiert um den Standard zu halten. Eine Renovierung müsste dringend stattfinden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. 3x das Zimmer gewechselt. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr vorzeigbar. Ich hatte ein Zimmer für 2 Personen inkl Frühstück gebucht und man erklärte uns , dass nur eine Person Anspruch auf ein Frühstück hat. OK? Ich würde nicht noch einmal ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel buchen.“

„It's an old hotel, needs rehabilitation, renovation and reactivation. My toilet door locked me for 2hours, I was shouting no body heard me, no room service , I have trekked outside to buy soap and tissue, no towel, nothing given to me. TV is blind, mosquito had their feast on my body, they said no mosquito repellent available. Agura hotel is as good as a short time chalet. “
