„Great area in the heart of Accra with excellent service. The only concern is Expedia should incorporate the contact number of the agent that has to be called to assist in check in. Reaching the hotel before a you learn that you have to contact Expedia for an agent to assist you to check in is not helpful; very frustrating especially when the agent’s phone is off. That was my experience but above all, I had an excellent stay.“

„It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.“

„Das Hotel ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen ist sehr gut, ich komme wieder. Katastrophal ist der versprochen Shuttlebus, er war weder zur Abholung noch zur Fahrt zum Flughafen verfügbar. “

„Check-in was ok, but free airport pick-up was despite the booking confirmation not available. We had to organize the ride to the apartments by ourselfs. Also two ACs out of four weren't working. The restaurant was good, but was a little bit pricy though. Overall the apartments are quite expensive, but the conditions of the apartments are ok.“

„Despite confirming our reservations the day of our trip, we were told that our rooms were canceled when we tried to check-in, leaving us with no where to stay upon our arrival in a foreign country. It is inexcusable that Expedia includes this establishment as a lodging option to their customers!!!!“

„Das Hotel war im Zentrum und man konnte alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Es gibt ein kleines Restaurant, wo das Essen sehr gut war und eine Rooftop Bar mit zwei herrlichen Whirlpools, die man bis Abends um 23 Uhr benutzen konnte. Es war herrlich Abends im Whirlpool zu sitzen, Musik zu hören und den Nachthimmel mit einem Cocktail sich anzusehen.“
