„They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night“

„If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!“

„Empfang war spitze und nahm begrüsste uns mit wasser & chips. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber ,gross und Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war zwar bischen "spartanisch" aber wir wurden satt :) Kaffe und Wasser sind non stop umsonst. Die Gegend ist sicher und genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. “

„Everything was nice. unfortunately pool pump broke right before we arrived and we were unable to use pool. That would be the only strike I would give them but they did offer to call sister property nearby so we could swim. we didn't because we didn't have time. Overall nice stay, only 1 night. “

„The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went ...

I was happy to see a safe in our room and the location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues. There were lots of selections available for breakfast and the coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in the future.“
