„Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or ...

„The staff and housekeeping was on point! Very friendly, always greeted us when we came in from going out daily and wished us a great day when we left. The room was nice size and cleaned daily. The breakfast in the morning was enough, it stayed the same daily, but was enough to choose from and Very tasty! We stayed for 2 weeks and the laundry room came in handy also, nice and enough for our needs. I would definitely recommend and I personally would stay again. “

„It was the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful uptown. Very clean!“

„Schönes Hotel, Frühstücksraum war aber sehr ungemütlich und kalte Atmosphäre. Personal war bemüht an der Rezeption. Umgebung war dem Flughafen entsprechend. “

„Everything was perfect! The breakfast is generous, and the rooms are clean. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and fresh towels are provided.“

„Preisleistung stimmt, gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise!!“

„Overall great stay! We notified them in advance twice we had a dog coming with and would be arriving close to midnight, and was told no problem, and that all buildings were dog friendly except 1. When we arrived we found out they put us in the 1 non dog friendly building on accident - but it was so late at night they were in really accommodating given it was their mistake in the room assignments. They let us stay in there and even provided a written note confirming it was ok. I would definitely ...

„Betten und Laken sauber jedoch das Badezimmer nicht. Es hing noch Unterwäsche über der Duschstange daher weiß man ja, wie gut dort geputzt wurde.“

„The room had baby roaches in the shower in the bathroom, I killed one with a tissue box on the wall. Everything I brought had to be taken back to my car for the night and I just grabbed what I needed when I needed it. The staff was nonexistent. I had to call a number and they ran from across the parking lot upon checking in. I wasn’t in my room really but 30 seconds and came back around 2 AM and seeing how horrible it was. The trim on the floor fell off right when I walked by it. There were ...

„Preis-Leistungvstimmt, für eine Nacht sehr gut“

„The place was clean but there was no remote for the tv when I asked for one they gave me one but it never turned the tv on. The pool is closed tell further notice. The parking lot needs work as does the outside furniture that was broken. The bread and bagels were very stale. The bed was clean and very comfortable“

„Your rooms pillows were awful- I had a very tough time falling asleep due to the most uncomfortable pillows and awoke with painful neck cramp.“
