„A very quaint and beautiful space! I imagined it to be like a little cottage in Italy; down the street from the vineyard. New, quality, well decorated place. The flower gardens were so beautiful. It was like a little gem in the middle of rolling, green hills. Loved every bit of this charming space!“

„Alles in Allem ist das Hotel ok. Die Zimmerausstattung ist in Ordnung. Allerdings hat das Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl, sodass man die Koffer die Treppe nach oben schleppen muss. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Andere Dinge, wie den Pool, den man beim Frühstücken im Blick hat, haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich.“

„Great place for a private retreat in isolation - it’s at the end of a road, immediately adjacent to the WI channel of the Mississippi River. A little boat traffic and periodic train, but nothing that is disturbing. There are two separate fire pits at your disposal with plenty of firewood too! Cabin is small but perfect for 1 or 2.“

„We love Lake Pepin! Enjoyed pie, sailing and tubing. Location was great - quick walk to lake and pub. 5 rooms was great and teenage girl happy to have own space. Host alarm above fridge made it harder to relax but the wonderful fire pit helped. We spent 2 evenings around the fire. All of the lovely extras were great. Especially beach towels, beach toys and bag. Fun games too. Thanks Jill!“

„This property is a duplex. That should be disclosed in the listing. Compared to other VRBOs we’ve stayed at, this one is lacking in the kitchen. Not well stocked with spices,pans, utensils, ziplocks, etc. The house is so slanted that we couldn’t even sit in the dining room.“

„The barn loft was beautifully decorated. Very comfy and cozy. The owners have thought of everything. The property is beautiful. It was fun watching the horses from yhe balcony, and having coffee by the fireplace in the morning. The loft was very clean. The beds and linens are very comfortable. I hope I can stay there again. „Mancher schwärmt von diesem alten Hotel. Amerikaner sowieso, weil ihnen echtes Altes fehlt. Diese Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, man hat vieles bewahrt, aber auch manches hinzugefügt, was man besser nicht getan hätte. Plüsch und Kitsch treten sich mit Geschmacklosigkeit. Der Empfang war kühl und kurz, das Zimmer klein und wenig gemütlich. Das Bad war von der Größe her ok, leider sind die Ablageflächen neben dem Waschbecken viel zu klein. Alles war sauber, aber es machte doch einen abgewohnten ...
