„We had a wonderful time staying at your lake house with a family of 2 adults and two 12 year old boys. We had plenty of swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the beautiful clean lake. Having firewood available made for a relaxing and easy evening for making fire and eating s'mores. We swam and canoed several days and explored Ellsworth, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Of course, we couldn’t miss the popovers at the Jordan Pond House. „This cabin was a lovely find! It’s tucked away behind a few trees, and yet right on the lake. There’s a beach a few steps away, and with kayaks and other water gear for use as well. It’s quite welcoming and easily accommodates a large group. The hosts are communicative and respond timely to questions. We love the area and would absolutely stay at the cabin again.“

„This old house was amazing! Plenty of room for the 21 of us. Such unique interior design, I think we counted 68 doors on the interior! The kitchen looked small from the pictures but there is an over abundance of storage areas. Probably the best stocked I have ever had in a vacation rental. Easy to get to Acadia too!“

"Wir waren drei Nächte im Juli dort und hatten ein großes Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Das Hotel hat einen großen Parkplatz und eine Laundry mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern war für uns sehr wichtig war. Zudem gab es einen Frühstücksraum mit einer Aussenterrasse (war jedoch ungepflegt und wir von keinem benutzt). Jedoch gibt es keinen Aufzug und daher muss man die Koffer enge Treppen hoch schleppen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Pantry und ein schönes Bad. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schön und sauber. Das Frühstück hat uns weder geschmeckt (nur abgepackte Lebensmittel) noch war der Frühstücksraum ansprechend. Deshalb haben wir nicht mehr dort gegessen. Das Hotel diente uns als Ausgangspunkt für den Arcadia National Park. Es bekommt 3 von 5 Punkten von uns."
