„We were here in May'25, and if we return to Great Bend we'd stay here again. The house is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and clearly managed by someone who works at keeping it nice. The photos are a good representation of the inside except that the outside is nicer than the listing photo, as the driveway and sidewalk have new concrete. There are plenty of dishes and silverware. Pots and pans are OK. The location is on the edge of a commercial zone, but still quiet. No annoying barking dogs ...

„Traveling through Kansas and stayed one night. Family of 5 (including Grandparents in their 80s).The house was sparkling clean. Very well decorated. Bedding was soft, new and clean. We cooked a meal (grocery store is two blocks away) and the kitchen had everything we needed. The basement with ping pong was a BLAST! The backyard was great for our little dog. The owners communication prior was friendly and informative. I highly recommend this home. “

„Property was just as described & on a large, secluded lot with open farmland right across the street. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE, the kitchen open & well appointed. There's a grocery store not far away for any extra supplies & the covered front patio is a prime place to watch the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay & short walks w/ the dog over to nearby Sterling Lake. Would definitely recommend & plan on booking again when we return to the area. “

„We enjoyed our stay here at this home and it was convenient to have our dogs stay too. Check in was very simple. Our only complaint was there was a bit of paint falling from the bathroom ceiling and minor cleanliness issues. However, I would recommend this place to anyone with dogs needing a place to stay in Great Bend!“

„We rented the property for a weekend for a family reunion. We are from the area, but with a total of 13 of us, it's hard to all fit into one place now. This was great as it gave us the opportunity to all stay in the same place and spend more time together!“

„The lodge was very nice. The owner that lives next door was extremely helpful and friendly. If we needed anything he was there to take care of it. The property was very well kept inside and out. The landscaping outside was very nice and we enjoyed visiting around the firepit. The kids [and adults] enjoyed the big game room. We highly recommend this property!“

„This is the second time I have stayed at the Cozy in at Sterling! My only complaint is the hard walking from upstairs! Other than that the stay was great! I love this location because it just down the block from my son and his family and right next door to my granddaughter’s daycare! Michael and Amber, I will be back and hopefully I can get other family members to stay here too when they visit! My grandchildren loved the board games too!!
