Enjoy unwinding in a charming cabin within the Coosawattee River Resort, outfitted with everything you need to relax in the mountains.
Spend time outdoors on the back deck where there's an entire living area set up with a gas fireplace perfect for unwinding together while taking in views of Short Range. The outdoor firepit is a great spot to enjoy alfresco dining. Just grab a seat at one of the picnic tables as the stars come out. Inside, you'll have the choice of warming up next to the fireplace or kicking back in the cool central air-conditioning. The high ceilings and wood paneling are sure to put you in a cabin mood! The impressive full kitchen features upscale mounted appliances, as well as a deluxe prep island with an extended section that doubles perfectly as a dining table. The lowest level features a game room with a Ping-Pong table, plus a wine fridge so you can store refreshments until you're ready to pop the cork. On the highest level, cuddle up with a book and enjoy the calm space.

The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.
The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

Guests must register 48 hours before arrival or they will not be granted access to the resort.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
