„This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!“

„This location is beautiful! It is very relaxing whether you are by the lake, the pool, or just walking around the property. The fishing was a lot of fun and there’s a good variety of fish. Also, there is a reason most reviews comment on how nice Tabby is. She is a very lovely person! The space was very roomy and clean. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and we fit very nicely in the space. I think the coffee bar was my favorite! I would very happily stay there again! “

„Olivia has been a tremendous host through out. She provided all the information needed prior to our arrival and checked in with us throughout the stay. All essentials are provided in the cottage, including a huge selection of tea and even cold filtered water waiting for us when we arrived. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return in the future. “

„As my decades-ago college roommate and I met up to spend time together at this beautiful property, the setting was perfect. The setting is gorgeous, with a gentle stream, running alongside it, plenty of birds up in the nearby woods, and nice spaces outside to sit and enjoy nature. We even sat outside one evening on the porch to watch an incoming thunderstorm, and it was magical.The amenities in the home reflected deep and thoughtful consideration of what guests might need.
