„We usually visit Fernie in the winter, this year we decided to try a summer trip and it didn’t disappoint. The accommodation was perfect for exploring the ski hills we usually see covered in snow, also endless hiking trails nearby and visits to downtown Fernie. Communication with the hosts was great, and they might be correct about Fernie being better in the summer than the winter.“

„Overall, we loved our stay. Extremely convenient location on the mountain where you can put your skis on as soon as you step out the door to glide to a chairlift. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our unit had a double bunk bed in one room, but there was no ladder to the very high top bunk which made it a bit of a challenge to get to... fortunately, we had a young crew that handled it ok. „Fantastic getaway on the hill in Fernie. Unit was exactly as it was described and had all of the extras to make for an easy holiday (towels for the hot tubs, fully stocked kitchen). „Fantastic stay! We were pleasantly surprised by how modern, updated and well stocked the unit was. From the outside we were expecting it to be much more dated but the inside has been fully renovated. It has plenty of space with lots of room configurations and was overall clean and well stocked. Communication with the management was easy for anything we needed (ie. To let them know a blind was broken, propane was out in the BBQ). There were prompt with reply and redress. „This is a great property! We were pleasantly surprised by the queen sized bunk bed and underground parking. AC is a must in the summer months and we know from experience not all resorts have it. AC worked well and everyone was comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed and has all the basic stuff you need. In suite washer and dryer is nice to allow you wash clothes so you don’t have to pack as much. Will definitely try to visit again next year!!!“

„Incredible property. Meticulously maintained, beautifully clean and very well stocked with all the kitchen kit you might need. The piste (holohike- blue and Holiday - green) are directly over the road so truly ski to door. There is an enormous and well thought out kit room in the garage to remove skis and boots, and a boot warmer so they are ready to go in the morning. "Mountain View meaning straight away on the highway - loud and not a chance to get a room in the back. Breakfast of really poor quality - only fresh product remaining was one last orange an hour before the end of breakfast.specifically as an European I will never understand the throw away plastic cutlery concept. Takes away the breakfast rooms rustic charme in a blink of an eye - Canada you can do better. Staff seemed modestly motivated, along with the overall state of the premises.
