„Property under construction. Surprise to us when we arrived. Room was clean, but no grab bars in shower, no hot water the second day, hair dryer did not work. Vanity light/mirror was not good for doing makeup. Coffee pot but no coffee. Room key did not work and the clerk was not happy he had to bring us another one. Breakfast was cold. No juice. Ice machine did not work. Lobby was a mess of construction and elevator floor light did not all work. Parts hanging off the elevator door. Many ...

„It was a quaint, lovely, cozy property with all I needed for a comfortable stay.“

„Awesome place to stay. Cozy, very helpful staff. Perfect location!“

„This is a beautiful property. I stayed in the lodge and it was quiet and comfortable. It had a main kitchen where you were set up with a coffee pot, filters and coffee, a keurig (bring your own cups) and basically a full kitchen with all appliances available to cook a meal and a table to eat at and read the paper. . The entrance lobby is a big beautiful room and a back porch. The restaurant is good and the staff warm and friendly The fly shop is where you check in and they couldn’t be more ...

„Breakfast only till 9am ….. No water, we wanted to buy a bottle of water this wasn‘t possible!!!“

„alles super, es gab nichts zu meckern. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss. “

„The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!!
