„There were 2 stacked washer/dryer units in the house. Neither dryer worked. One was just dead and the other made a noise that would drive you out of the house. I called Vacasa within 24 hrs of check-in and explained the situation. Every day I called or texted them again. No response from any local repair shop. We had 8 people and 5 days without a dryer. With no way to dry our clothes we couldn't use the washers either which was totally unacceptable. I will never use Vacasa again. In addition, ...

„We were blessed with amazing weather every day! It was a family vacation with our teenagers. We all loved having the pool onsite and the beach less than a 5 min walk away. „Pretty nice beach house! Looks exactly like the photos. There was a bit of tiny mishaps with some cleanliness stuff but they were very responsive and willing to try to fix the issues. The decor in here is also so pretty and had good amenities for activities. About a 10 to 15 min walk to beach“

The communication of the exact location and amenities that were available to us, or rather unavailable, was lacking, making the trip a bit stressful as we had to resort to multiple different parties to ask questions. The check out instructions were unclear as well with no way to clarify them. “

The hot tub was a bit dirty and we wish they had a few essential items that are normally needed when you stay at a beach house for a few days.
