„Stayed here for two nights while visiting at UNH. Location wise was about 20 minutes from the campus which was an easy commute. The best part was how spacious the house was. Lots of beds which was great for our large group. House was clean, well stocked and the basement set up for watching tv was amazing. The host was awesome to deal with, very responsive and checked in to make sure things were going well. Would stay again! “

„Pros: The views of the lake are beautiful - especially during the fall when the trees are turning. Check in was easy (but had to call to get the instructions). The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. Had to call customer service to get check in instructions - never got any for check out. Other: I’m glad I read prior reviews and knew the property was right next to neighbors and at the end ...

„Property was nice but smaller than appeared in the picture. It was very close to the beach and clean upon our arrival. We would stay there again and the the host was very nice and helpful. Only bad thing is we had to buy a broom to sweep up the sand from walking in and out.“
